Our story
Head Chef Santiago Suarez brings nearly 30 years’ experience in the food and hospitality industry to Main Street in Downtown Algonquin. With the help and guidance of his wonderful wife Estela, Santiago takes the next step in his evolution as a chef by opening his first restaurant, The Black Bear Bistro.
